Add your loose leaf tea (about one table spoon) to a tea bag, tea sock, or other infuser. Place in cup of your choice and add boiling water over the top. Place a small plate or lid over the cup while steeping. Typically takes 3-4 minutes or until the tea is a golden brown color. One tablespoon makes about 8oz.
